The BrickHouse exceeded every expectation and made for a truly wonderful stay. Nestled on a quiet dead-end street, the home is walkable to downtown while still feeling like a peaceful retreat — the kind of place where you actually decompress. The home was immaculately clean with every amenity you could want, and the thoughtful attention to detail in the fixtures and finishes didn't go unnoticed.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, the hangout space with the fireplace was cozy and inviting, and our family spent several magical nights gathered around the fire pit. And that pin oak in the front yard? Absolutely glorious. Reading in the hammock beneath it was one of the highlights of the trip.
Erica's communication was prompt, warm and genuinely helpful — her locals guide and recommendations elevated the whole experience. We couldn't have asked for a better host and house. Highly recommend! 🌟

We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s easily one of our favorite places. Everything is always so well kept, clean, and thoughtfully put together 🤗 it truly feels like a home away from home. The host is incredibly accommodating and makes the entire experience smooth and comfortable from start to finish.
You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space, and it makes such a difference. We’ve loved every stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable Airbnb!

Erica is an amazing host, the house is impeccable and so clean. Perfect location to downtown Black Mountain! Walk to downtown 2 blocks away! Beds are super comfortable and all the unexpected extras that make this place perfect.

Treetop cottage was private, easy to find and clean little Airbnb. We stayed for 2 nights and only 7 min drive to downtown Black Mountain. Well stocked kitchen and large back porch was nice. Definitely will come back again.

Conveniently located minutes away from Downtown Black Mountain, Erica’s place lived up to the description and the photos. The house was extremely clean and Erica’s thoughtful and proactive communication detailed how to find the home, work the gas fireplace, etc. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend if looking to spend time near BM or Montreat.

Erica was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay and before as well. Check in and check out directions were very clear, there was a binder with instructions for everything, and guidebooks for the area. The place was beautiful and Erica was all around incredible.

This was the perfect place to take in Black Mountain. We loved being able to walk everywhere and yet the street still felt quiet and tucked away. The house was so charming, clean, and clearly had a lot of thought put into its appointment. It was so clean and the beds were super comfy. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very peaceful and beautiful cabin. Short drive to downtown Black Mountain. Cute shops, antiques and restaurants!
If you’re visiting a student at Montreat College this is a perfect place for you. So close.
Erica and Hayne are delightful host. Always responded right away to us. Great recommendations as well.

I had a wonderful stay here! The space was incredibly clean and located in such a quiet, peaceful area, which made it perfect for a longer visit. It was also very convenient being so close to town, just a quick five-minute drive to everything I needed.
I especially appreciated how accommodating the host was with my pup. Having food bowls, a kennel space, and even poop bags available made traveling with my pup so much easier.
The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools, which was a huge plus since I was staying for an extended time and wanted to prepare my own meals. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, and the host genuinely made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful airbnb! Instructions were clear and it was easy to find. The space was spotless. Everything was comfortable and cozy. The area was beautiful and it was easy to access both downtown Black Mountain and the highway. Thank you so much for this beautiful space! Would definitely come back!
